About Us

and the markets we serve

We sell commercial to utility-scale renewable energy systems based on our DirectCore™ Energy Management System (EMS) that integrates solar, wind turbine, biomass, and advanced gasification energy generation with energy storage that utilizes lithium ion or advanced flywheel systems, either as a self-contained microgrid or as a source of revenue generation and optimization if connected to the grid.

The DirectCore™ Energy Management system has been tested and vetted by the major utilities over the past 15 years. It allows for using any solar panel, battery, energy source, or service as a solution. It monitors every component individually, detecting problems long before they fail, and allows replacement or upgrade while the system continues to operate, allowing it to provide always-on power. Because of its open platform design, new technologies, products, and services can be added to the system, preventing obsolescence and maximizing the value and capability of the system over a 20+ year life.

The company has partnered with multi-billion dollar engineering and installation companies worldwide and has projects from $1 million to more than $100 million in the pipeline.

The focus on the need for power that does not fail for critical facilities and operations has allowed the company to build a significant pipeline while preserving attractive gross margins and to generate unlevered returns for investors and lenders far above market.

Following COVID, the implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act, and the significant rise in interest rates in the past year, the company has been closing business rapidly, and the addition of new technologies, including waste to energy and fast storage, is causing an incredible spike in our growth curve.

We have recently added to key product lines that have immediate and market-changing implications:

The first is an advanced gasification waste-to-energy solution. It is containerized and typically deployed in 40 ft containers for easy transport. It can process any form of organic or synthetic waste (including tires and hard plastics) with the exceptions of glass and soft metals which other systems cannot do.  It produces only power (or Syngas), biochar, and flash. The latter two are inert and are valuable commodities with waiting markets. The system is carbon-consuming, and all systems produce carbon credits.

An example system requires only 1 acre of space. It will process 1 ton per hour of waste and deliver between 1.5 and 2.5-megawatt hours of energy. That calculates to 36 to 60 MWh per day of energy, depending on the disposed materials. A comparable solar system would require at least 20 acres of land. The system can run 24 hours per day in any climate or temperature. Solar, wind, and even biomass digesters are affected by weather and temperature. This system can be deployed in an urban environment without requiring a physical structure.
